What should I do if the product I received is defective, damaged or broken?

Your product is still under warranty and is defective, please contact our customer service by e-mail at contact@gamin-tout-terrain.com.

Please be sure to fill in the following information to facilitate your request:

  • Order number / invoice,
  • Your contact details (full delivery address + telephone number),
  • Reason: defective, broken or damaged product
  • Photos or videos showing the problem you have with your product,
  • Wish: refund or exchange,

Please note that for all defective product , no shipping fees will be payed by the customer.
